We try our best to ship the items the same day or the day after, but it all depends on the order volume we receive since this is a handmade product. Packages that are delayed, lost/stolen or damaged: We take every precaution to package your item and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, we are no longer responsible for any delays, loss, theft, or damage that may occur after the shipment is in the shipping carrier's hands. However, we will try our best to help you resolve any problems that may come up, and if necessary, we can help you communicate with the shipping carrier.
