I remember when I attended my first beaded jewelry class in the Dominican Republic (the country where I was proudly born and raised), I instantly fell in love with the connection my heart, brain, and hands demonstrated to CREATE. Nothing brings me greater joy than finishing a piece of jewelry because I can instantly imagine someone being excited about something that my hands have lovingly and passionately produced.
